International CH Aldebarans Pipin Hot JH RN CA CGC x Nipntuck Get in Line Puppies born on St. Patrick's Day!
I think it is almost time!!!
Red- yellow male, Orange- black female, Yellow-black male, Green-black female, Blue-black male
Unfortunately we lost the yellow male within the first 24 hours. Infant mortality in the wild occurs often, but when it happens to you, it is devastating. Breeders go through a lot in the process of improving their lines and some do not let the public know what happens, because it is so sad. I want the public to know that occasionally this happens and it is out of our control, that is nature. If you are thinking about breeding, you need to ask yourself if you can deal with this kind of loss. This is one of the reasons some breeders do not stay in the business very long. Now it is time to focus on the living. Here's to better days!
Here are the pups after 24 hours!
Momma and green girl pooped out!
All cleaned up and gaining well! Way to go Piper!
More photos? Really? I'm doing a good job! Look at how plump they are!
Ron, giving yellow a tummy rub. He sure is relaxed!

Development: They are done with their super puppy program which began on day 3. Their eyes and ears are opening, they are beginning to walk. Care: They received their first worming today and have had their nails trimmed MANY times! They have had a lot of holding and petting too! Who could resist? NOT ME!!!

Time to meet the pack! Nick is fascinated by these little guys!
3 weeks old!!
Development: They are getting their teeth in, starting to jump around, growl, and bark! Care: They were wormed again, still getting their toenails trimmed, a lot of handling, more time in the house. They have been introduced to grass, although I did not take any photos of that.
Orange girl, what a cutie pie!
Piper is now having them nurse when she is sitting. I love this photo of Piper!
They now have hanging toys to play with and teething rings! Their little teeth are coming in as well as canines!
Yes, I had a lot of fun at the Goodwill store! There was a 99 cent sale on toys!!! Woo hoo!
Here is a video of what the pups did when I dangled some toys for them to play with...
Now I added a learning tool for them to play with....
Now this has to be the CUTEST VIDEO EVER!!!!!
4 weeks old
Development: The puppies are learning to follow and come when called. They are getting more mobile all the time. They are hopping around, but have not yet learned how to run. Care: They were wormed, and continue to get their nails trimmed. They are now out of the whelping box and into a larger area where they can go in and out of the kennel building. They now have a slide, kuranda bed, tunnel, and blocks to climb on. They spend some time in the outside puppy yard with grass and a different side and stairs. They still spend time inside the house and love it when the pack goes by their pen to go outside.
