Cookie was a great whelper and delivered her pups in just a few hours! She has been producing a lot of milk and the pups are growing fast! We hope you enjoy watching these pups grow!
Birthday!
All together now!
Girls: Red, blue, purple, and pink. Boys: Orange, yellow, green, maroon, and white.

In the whelping box with mom!
Cookie resting with her pups waiting for the next delivery...
Just minutes old, green boy, is drinking his colostrum and getting the good stuff!
Red girl taking a nap and green boy doing what he does best!
All are resting well!
Yep, they are all there! Can you find them?
The pups look red due to the heat lamp. Puppy pink girl is in the front and her brother maroon is in the back. See how their black pigment has not come in at this stage? That will occur as they age.
Proud momma Cookie!
When they are first born they are all body and head with little legs!
Ok, this is short but turn up your volume so you can hear the pups!
I know, cute! Right?
One day old!
Pups had a drop of wormer today and Momma was wormed as well. You will find that I worm quite often because it is important that the worms do not compromise the pup's growth. Worms may lay dormant in the bitch, but as soon as she provides milk they can be transmitted to the pups.
Compare this to when they were born. They are growing quite a bit already!
All in a row...
2 days old!
This one just makes me laugh because this is Cookie's favorite sleeping position!
Three days old!
We began the biosensor program, or early neurological stimulation program, today which will continue
through day 16! The pups are held in multiple positions, given tactile stimulation, and placed on a cool wet cloth to activate the neurological system by adding stress. This activates the neurological system which would not normally occur this early in life. Benefits of the program are improved cardiovascular performance, stronger heart beats and adrenal glands, more tolerance to stress, and greater resistance to disease.

Oh, like mother like daughter! Back sleepers unite!
This is pink girl. Ahhh, such a sleeping princess!
Cuteness alert!!!! Ok, get ready to see her having puppy dreams!
Torture time! Don't you wish she were in your hands? Lucky me!!!
4 days old!
Seahawks fans for sure!
Here comes her pigment, just a day later than the last photo! Also, notice how small her feet are at this age.
Yes, that is me spending quality time with the pups!

It may take me awhile to update the website, but hang in there, I take lots of photos and such and I would rather spend time playing with pups than updating the site. So....back to the pups!
